Jessica advises on a range of complex commercial and private client work including business restructures and finance, share sale and purchases, shareholder agreements, terms of trade, leasing, trusts and asset planning, wills and enduring powers of attorney.

Jessica serves as a parent representative on the Silverdale School Board of Trustees.
